Brisbane's iconic Regatta Hotel has transformed its historic open air courtyard into a beautiful summer garden until February 2022, with a lush summer pop-up, In Full Bloom.

Festooned with gorgeous florals in hues of pink, lilac, peach and sage, the courtyard is the perfect place to spend lazy summer days and nights with friends.

Kick back with a fresh & fruity spritz cocktail in your choice of flavours, such as lychee, raspberry, pina colada and bush apple, or a classic aperol, yuzu or midsummer spritz.

To accompany, there are delicious share plates, including braised mushroom sliders, Peking duck shanks, fried prawn tacos, grilled Tandoori chicken skewers or loaded mini dogs.

You can also enjoy a traditional hand-stretched Italian pizza with toppings such as garlic cheese, funghi, potato, broccoli, margherita, prosciutto or spicy salame caprese.

Need to know - Every Sunday from 12-5pm there's a pop-up spritz cart, where you can choose up to three garnishes with a variety of Spritz cocktails (watermelon, Roku rose or butterfly pea), while you enjoy the live music.
