Walkabout Creek Cafe
Walkabout Creek Café is a tranquil rainforest retreat nestled in the D’Aguilar ranges – a unique and idyllic spot for a weekend breakfast.
On the menu are healthy options made from seasonal quality ingredients, such as bircher muesli with apple salad, house made granola, seasonal fruit and mint as well as the popular smashed avocado and feta on sourdough with dukkah and olive oil.
For something more hearty, there’s the likes of smoked ham and Swiss cheese omelette and the Walkabout Breakfast Burger – bacon, fried egg and hash brown on a brioche roll.
There’s also a special kids menu, with a range of meals perfect for the littlies.
Nice to know – Walkabout Creek Café is the perfect base for a weekend nature adventure, with swimming and water fun (BYO kayak) on nearby Enoggera Dam, beautiful bushwalks or bike rides and the fantastic onsite Wildlife Zoo.
