Popular Coorparoo diner Carolina Kitchen now has a soul food truck - Carolina Kitchen - bringing delicious fare from the southern USA to the streets of Brisbane.
From the kitchens of North Carolina to the streets of Brisbane, soul food fans can get their fill of finger-lickin’ BBQ ribs (200g or 400g) and Buffalo wings (6 or 12).
Chow down on cheeseburgers, chilli dogs and New York fries topped with melted cheese, sour cream and Carolina Kitchen’s special chilli sauce.
You can find Carolina Kitchen’s food truck every Wednesday and Thursday from 5-9pm at Tony Currie’s Tyres, 550 Wynnum Road in Morningside (opposite the Morningside train station).
