Pastaissimo Italian Cuisine at North Lakes features a verandah which is an ideal spot to enjoy a traditional Italian meal meal with water views across to Lake Eden, a local wildlife haven.
Pasta and pizzas are freshly prepared every day at Pastaissimo Italian Cuisine, which is renowned locally for its authentic Italian cuisine. Pizza dough is made using Pallini Italian flour, while toppings include special ingredients such as buffalo mozzarella, Italian sausage and bocconcini.
On the lunch and dinner menu are the likes of rustic gnocchi, shrimp fettucine, Nonna's oven baked lasagne, ricotta & spinach ravioli, calzones, and mushroom risotto. Perfect to off any meal are home made biscuits or gelato (vanilla, pistachio, lemon, chocolate), also made using a traditional family recipe.
All day breakfasts on offer at Pastaissimo consist of ricotta pancakes, in-house granola, bacon & eggs, omelettes, and home made focaccia. Capo Coffee is served alongside milkshakes, smoothies and a wide selection of licensed beverages, including Italian wines, liquers and Pastaissimo lager (on tap).
