Celebrate the annual tradition of Burning of the Vines at Sirromet Winery, on Father's Day evening, September 4.

Originating from France, the burning of the vines marks the end of harvest and the winter pruning. Tradition dictates collecting grapevine cuttings then burning them to cleanse the vineyards. It is also a time to celebrate the new bud bursts and new vintage.
