Celebrate SeptemBEER with local Queensland produce and craft beer with a 5 course Beer Degustation Dinner with Helios Brewing at Four Points By Sheraton on Friday, September 27.

Hosted by Four Points By Sheraton and SeptemBEER partners Helios Brewing, guests will enjoy a delicious degustation menu created by Executive Chef Ambrose Andrews, perfectly paired with brews crafted by Helios.

To start there's Blood Orange Midas paired with spinach and pinenut stuffed chicken roulade, Jerusalem artichoke puree and micro herb, followed by Poseidon American Pale Ale with maple roasted pumpkin salad, sesame cheese, kale, pumpkin sponge and pepitas.

Next, Khaos IPA is paired with crab risotto, preserved lemon and fill, followed by Goodness Ravishing Rye paired with braised beef cheek, olive mash potato and roasted winter vegetables.

And to finish, diners will be treated to Hades Bitter Chocolate Stout with warm apple pie, vanilla anglaise and ice-cream.

Helios' brewers will be on hand throughout, sharing their knowledge and love of craft beer, as well as providing insider tips.
