COCO HAVANA HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.
Coco Havana is a gem of a cafe hidden in the hills of Indooroopilly, providing well-brewed, organic coffee along with breakfast, lunch, gelato and more.
This cute, corner cottage has been transformed into a charming cafe inside with additional seating in the converted garage, festooned with fairy lights and greenery.
A triple treat, Coco Havana is a cafe, gift shop and garden nursery, all in one. The boho-inspired interior features lots of rattan, pale timber and a soft colour palette, scattered throughout with gift ware, from coffee cups and plant pots, to dried flower arrangements, jewellery and more; while outside, a small courtyard boasts potted plants for sale with more on offer in the converted garage.
Breakfast fare includes classics like bacon and egg rolls, ham and cheese omelettes, and Italian-style eggs cooked in hearty spiced tomato sauce with chorizo. If you struggle to choose between eggs benny and waffles, here you can have both with Waffle Benedict - poached eggs with your choice of ham or bacon, served in a waffle bowl and drizzled with hollandaise sauce.
The lunch menu, available from 11am to 1:30pm, ranges from bao sliders with duck, beef or pork, and peking duck pancakes, to classic Angus burgers and stone baked pizzas - Margherita, Pepperoni, Hawaiian, or BBQ Chicken.
Coco Havana is child-friendly offering all day breakfast for kids: pancakes, waffles, egg and toast, cornflakes and fruit, or a granola, yoghurt and fruit parfait.
Or you can just enjoy a scoop or two of gelato with more than a dozen flavours on offer such as Ferrero Rocher, Rum and Raison, Cookies and Cream, Pistachio, plus sorbets like zesty lemon, mixed berries and mango.
Besides coffee, theres are T Bar teas, hot chocolate, juices, smoothies, loaded shakes and soda floats.
