Balance Brisbane is offering fun and exciting 4-hour Gymnastics and Ninja school holiday sessions this summer.

Located in Yeronga, Balance Brisbane has designed a fantastic program that will keep kids active and entertained this school holiday with Gymnastics and Ninja workshops, a cool combo of parkour, gymnastics and tricking. Drop the kids off at 8:30am and pick them up at 1pm, plenty of time for parents to get a few things done.

The gymnastics program is a combination of gymnastics and active games suitable for ages 4 and up. Over four hours, kids will engage with all six gymnastics stations in Balance Brisbane’s gym, including bars, beam, 10m trampoline track, sprung floor, vault and support. A qualified gymnastics coach will set tasks that fit each child’s ability, from beginner to intermediate gymnasts.

Meanwhile, mini ninja gymnasts from ages 6 and up will love Balance Brisbane's ninja holiday program that takes place in a dedicated, fitted-out Ninja space. This very active 4-hour session combines specific apparatus stations (bars, air-track, vault run, 3m high parkour wall, floor and precision jumping on beams) with obstacle courses and active games.

Children should wear comfortable clothing that's easy move in. Sports shorts and a t-shirt works well, as well as specific gym or active wear.

Need to know - Kids will need to brink a packed lunch with enough food for two breaks plus a water bottle, which can be refilled as needed.

Nice to know - Balance Brisbane aims for group sizes of no more than 9 children per coach.
