The Hamptons Restaurant
Hendra
THE HAMPTONS IN HENDRA HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.
The Hamptons Restaurant located in the quiet suburb of Hendra, is serving up bespoke and colourful all-day breaky and jaw-dropping fruity morning mocktails.
The Hamptons inspired café is like a home away from home, with white washed furniture, greenery and touches of blue. There’s also a courtyard outside with shaded tables, herb gardens and astro turf. The all-day breakfast menu is abundant with delightful dishes suited to every taste bud and dietary requirement.
The Hamptons has taken classic breaky favourites and put a Hamptons twist on it - think Breakfast in Bread (gourmet sausage, maple cured bacon, spinach, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella in a Japanese milk bun, on a bed of house-made bourbon baked beans, topped with a poached egg) or Blue Swimmer crab scrambled eggs with chilli & sriracha hollandaise on a freshly baked croissant.
And that's not even the special dishes, which include the likes of Japanese-inspired char sui eggs benedict - 36 hours marinated pork belly, mentaiko hollandaise, kale, pickled radish and fresh coriander on tasted panini, topped with teriyaki poached eggs; maple-crued bacon and cheesy jaffle (in brioche loaf with sriracha and aioli, topped with sunny side up egg) ; Queensland banana bread french toast with fruit salsa and roselle ice-cream; and sweet potato and coconut fritter with tri-colour quinoa tabbouleh, pumpkin hummus and baby beet greens.
For lunch, there's delicious choice like The Hamptons KFC Big Burger, Atlantic Smoked Salmon Poke Bowl, Moroccan Roast Duck salad, Halloumi stack and slow cooked Massaman beef gnocchi. And to share there's an impressive Meze board, truffle and parmesan fries or sweet potato or beer battered chips.
When it comes to the drink menu, you can’t go past The Hamptons branded coconut for one beautiful, Instagrammable beverage – and not to mention delicious. Or perhaps a cold pressed juice such as their Royal Flush – a mixture of freshly pressed apple, strawberry, lemon and mint. You can even spike your juice with Absolut vodka.
Need to know – nearby street parking is available.
Nice to know – there are lunch options as well as all-day breakfast dishes. Dinner will also soon be served at The Hamptons Restaurant.
