These curated menus have been created to take your dining experience to the next level, with either a three-course luxe lunch or dinner degustation. 

The three-course set lunch at Black Hide by Gambaro will be the highlight of your week, with three tantalizing mains to choose from: Stanbroke Wagyu skirt steak, Stanbroke Wagyu rump or grilled market fish. The entree on offer is a delicious Lockyer Valley witlof salad with soft herbs, grana padano and hazelnuts, while dessert is a scrumptious Peach and Prosecco Sorbet served with grilled stone fruit and Cantuccit (Italian almond biscuits). Available Wednesday to Friday.  

Or, experience the ultimate indulgence with a five-course degustation dinner at Black Hide by Gambaro, featuring Sydney rock oysters, Stanbroke Angus eye fillet, Queensland pineapple and citrus sorbet, your choice of steak for the main, and to finish - a chocolate tasting plate. Enhance your experience by adding Coravin matching wines for $99pp. The Coravin system is a technology that allows for vintage wines to be served by the glass while keeping the cork in the bottle. Available Tuesday to Saturday.
