McLaren Gold Coast Polo by the Sea

The largest and longest running polo event on the Gold Coast, the popular McLaren Gold Coast Polo by the Sea will again take place at the picturesque Doug Jennings Park, the home of Urban Polo™ on the Gold Coast on Saturday June 1.

Equal parts exciting, fashionable and premium, guests are attracted to the McLaren Gold Coast Polo by the Sea sporting spectacle by virtue of the athletic prowess of horse and rider, the fabulous fashion, buoyant boats, luxury brands and to simply soak-up the sublime social aspect of meeting new ‘like-minded’ people, or spending time with friends, clients and family, all while savouring award-winning cuisine.

McLaren Gold Coast Polo by the Sea guests will be treated to enthralling action from some of Australia’s best Urban Polo™ players throughout two games, as well as a plethora of exciting and inclusive activities ranging from the time honoured Divot-Stomp tradition, to the entertaining ‘Dash’, where both men and women have the opportunity to demonstrate their physical prowess, in what has become a crowd favourite.   

If you have a more demure and stylish disposition, then the increasingly popular ‘Fashion on the Field’, may be your forte.

The Main Beach Polo Club
Revel in the polo action, mingle with like-minded individuals and polo players, participate in Fashion on the Field, or groove to the tunes of the resident DJ, while doing all the aforementioned! The deluxe Polo Club experience, comprises a shaded service bar, communal seating and shade umbrellas, as well as viewing areas adjacent the fence-line. The ticket price is inclusive of food and beverage. 

Inclusions: Premium chic interior, gourmet lunch, still and sparkling wines, beer, cider and other select alcohol, as well as water views, polo action, great company and DJ.

QT Polo Lounge
Meet stars players and other Australian polo professionals in the casual ‘beer garden’ setting of the Polo Lounge, from where you can enjoy the polo and groove to the tunes of the resident DJ,. Individual tickets entitle the holder to entry, as well as additional entertainment such as ‘Fashion on the Field’, Divot Stomp, and Men and Ladies Dash. Substantial food and snacks will be available at the bar, together with your favourite beer, Pommery Champagne, Bird in Hand wines, and other beverages.

Inclusions: Meet the players, DJ, shaded beer garden, cash-bar, merchandise stall, ‘Fashion on the Field’ competition and prize giveaways.
