Spend a hilarious hour with Melanie Bracewell, (The Cheap Seats, Have You Been Paying Attention), as she talks about the joys of being just a little bit fancy in her show Ooh La La at Brisbane Powerhouse on May 13-15, 2022.

The 26 year old comedian, who has been taking the world by storm with her goofy observations and hilarious anecdotes, is hitting the stage for three nights as part of this year's Brisbane Comedy Festival.

Picture this: You enter a dimly lit bar. Hold on, is that award-winning comedian Melanie Bracewell? She gestures for you to sit down. She orders you the finest cocktail on the menu (under 20 dollars). You get talking, drinking and laughing the night away. It’s an unforgettable evening. Have you made a new best friend? That’s what this comedy show will feel like. (Cocktails not included).

Good to know - Melanie won the prestigious “Best Newcomer” award for her first solo show in the NZ International Comedy Festival and in 2018 won the famed “Billy T Award”. In 2019, she performed as part of the invite only Just For Laughs Comedy Festival at the Sydney Opera House. Then in 2021, she won the coveted Directors Choice Award at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
