Mother's Day Brunch

Spoil Mum this year with an indulgent Mother's Day Brunch at Lennons Restaurant & Bar on Sunday, May 8, 2022.

Located at Hyatt Regency Brisbane in the city, Lennons Restaurant & Bar invites families to celebrate Mother's Day with a divine brunch menu including fresh local seafood, premium small plates, delicious desserts and much more. 

Mums will enjoy a glass of Taittinger Champagne on arrival, before indulging in succulent seafood such as Mooloolaba king prawns, Pacific oysters and smoked Tasmanian salmon. A selection of small plates will be available to order including Eggs Benedict, slow-roasted Darling Downs beef with carrots and red wine jus, Tandoori chicken with mango chutney and naan bread, and Humpty Doo barramundi fillet with fennel and sauce vierge. 

To accompany, the Salad Bar boasts a selection of fresh Mesclun leaves, baby spinach, wild rocket, coral lettuce, radicchio, baby cos, beetroot, Heirloom tomatoes, cucumber, olives and more, plus a hearty potato salad. 

Sweet tooths will be satiated with the Dessert Buffet featuring all of Mum's favourites, from handmade chocolates and boutique lamingtons, to lemongrass panna cotta with mango, Black Forest trifle, and mini pavlovas with passionfruit and seasonal berries. Or indulge with seasonal fruit, artisan cheese, quince, fig chutney and crackers. 

Nice to know - There's a dedicated Kids Menu that includes fish and chips, chicken or beef burger with chips, Napoli pasta, and ice-cream sundaes.
