Move over Mozart, it's time for musicals to take centre stage when the Queensland Symphony Orchestra present Musical Theatre Gala on Saturday, May 15 at QPAC.

This unforgettable concert of musical theatre hits has something for everyone, from London's West End to New York's Broadway, including favourites from Les Misérables, West Side Story, and The Phantom of the Opera, performed alongside more recent show tunes from Wicked and Frozen.

Featuring music by Andrew Lloyd-Webber, Richard Rodgers, Leonard Bernstein and more, performed with the splendour of the full orchestra, this special concert will delight music lovers of all ages.

Queensland Symphony Orchestra will be joined by acclaimed soloists Simon Gleeson and Lorina Gore, as well as two emerging musical theatre soloists, Nina Lipmann and Hanlon Innocent from the Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University.
