Phileoz Restaurant in Stafford is Brisbane's northside go-to for authentic Filipino cuisine, including sizzling sisig dishes and crispy pata plates.

Cosy wooden tables provide seating for diners at Phileoz Restaurant, both indoors or outside on the verandah.

Some of the traditional Filipino fare includes marinated chicken barbecue, sizzling pork adobo, crispy pata, and pork binagoongan (eggplant).

All day breakfasts come in the form of longsilog (Filipino sausage, fried rice and egg), tapsilog (cured beef, fried rice and egg) and tocilog (cured pork, fried rice and egg).

Also on offer at Phileoz are a range of hard to find Filipino drinks and desserts on offer such as mango sago salad, saging con hielo (caramelised bananas) and halo halo (shaved ice with jello and fruits).

The Filipino beverage specialties include flavored pearl shakes and 'pinoy' drinks - sago't or black gulamon.
