The skies over Ipswich are set to become an aerobatic playground for aircrafts performing precision manoeuvres above sprawling automotive and locomotive displays, when Planes, Trains & Autos returns to The City of Ipswich on Saturday, April 29, 2023.

Visitors will be able to enjoy an array of high-quality aviation, auto and train displays, classic and muscle cars, pre-1919 motorcycles, superkarts, monster and mini machinery, as well as drag cars, plus access to all exhibitions and kids’ activities at The Workshops Rail Museum.

Part of a larger four-day program, the Planes, Trains & Autos hero event celebrates all things aviation, rail and automobile, guaranteed to be an adrenaline-charged, low-cost event for the whole family to explore.

Tickets start at $5 for children, with family passes from $20, and will be available online from 10am, Thursday, March 16.

The full 2023 Planes, Trains & Autos festival program runs from Friday, April 28 to Monday, May 1 and includes exciting events such as Round 3 of the Australian Superbike Championship at Queensland Raceway, Queensland Auto Spectacular at Willowbank Raceway, and Queensland Retro Picnic and Car Display.
