Seafood & Spritz Fest

The Regatta Hotel has transformed its historic open-air courtyard into a beautiful summer garden and to celebrate is hosting a Seafood & Spritz Fest on Sunday, November 28, 2021, from 12-5pm. 

The one-day pop-up will feature fresh seafood, a spritz cart and live music, bringing only good vibes to the iconic hotel.

Guests will be able to feast on freshly shucked oysters and other tasty morsels from the sea such as coastal cones packed with beer-battered barramundi, Cajun-spiced calamari and chips with tartare and lemon, plus prawn tacos with house slaw and avocado crema, and classic prawn cocktails.

The Regatta is also rolling in the Spritz Cart, offering a fantastic range of refreshing cocktails with your choice of summery garnishes. 

But that's not all! Guests will be entertained with live music, making the Regatta the ultimate spot to snack and spritz this summer.
