STEFANS BALKAN GRILL HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

With red checkered tablecloths and a wooden feature wall, Stefans Balkan Grill have created a homely Eastern European vibe in their Booval restaurant.

By night, gentle candlelight and traditional Croatian music fills the restaurant while during the day, there is a warm village feeling with both indoor and outdoor seating to choose from.

There are photos and artworks from the Balkan Peninsula dotted around the walls, but the highlight is the traditional food.

Many visitors enjoy the cevapi (house made spiced minced sausages served with fresh salads) as well as the predjelo za dva (antipasto platter), kobasica (kransky sausages) or the svinjski raznjici (marinated pork skewers).

For dessert, there is apple strudel, gelato or palacinke (classic Balkan crepes). Stefans Balkan Grill serve locally roasted Somerset coffee, superfood lattes and frappes, as well as must try European infused herbal teas and juices (cherry, apricot and orange).
