STRAWBERRY FIELDS HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED IN AUGUST 2021.

Strawberry Fields on the Sunshine Coast is a popular destination, where locals and tourists travel to pick fresh, plump strawberries and enjoy the picturesque scenery.

This working farm, found along the old Cobb and Co route off the Bruce Highway, has been owned and operated by the Carmichael family for 4 decades.

Open to the public from June to November, the farm encourages visitors to get back to nature and enjoy a true farm experience, plucking ripe, juicy strawberries right from the patch - with this year's PYO season open from Friday, June 12.

Once you've picked your punnet, you can relax in the beautiful surrounds and enjoy a cup of well-brewed coffee while the kids explore the tractor playground.

As well as excellent espresso, the on-site cafe offers a range of delectable treats; from fresh strawberries and cream, to chocolate-covered strawberries and homemade ice-cream, plus parfaits, pancakes and plenty more. The cafe is open daily during strawberry season.

In addition, there's a shop peddling everything from homemade strawberry jam and strawberry slices to lip glosses, candles, carry bags and more.
