TAB Stradbroke Day 2020

Brisbane Racing Club’s historic TAB Stradbroke Day is a day racegoers look forward to each year, celebrating the racing season with French champagne, delicious food, fabulous fashion and, of course, the thrill of live racing. 

This year, Brisbane Racing Club launched the TAB Stradbroke Season to fill that race day-sized gap in your winter social calendar. Now racing fans can ​​experience the excitement of racing from the comfort of their living rooms, with all races televised free-to-air with the Seven Network and on Sky Racing.

On Saturday, June 6, TAB Stradbroke Day, viewers will be able to witness champions as they go head-to-head in 3 group races vying for a share of more than $1.2 million in prize money.

In addition, Brisbane Racing Club has come up with a number of innovative virtual experiences that you can enjoy at home with Race At Your Place. Check out what's happening behind the scenes with a range of virtual content including games (racing trivia and bingo), gardening tips, gourmet recipes, wine profiles and fashion advice.   

Join in the the virtual fun with Fashion At Your Place. Brisbane racing Club has partnered with Gold Coast Turf Club and Sunshine Coast Turf Club for a virtual Fashions ‘Off’ The Field competition. Fashionistas can frock up and tag #FashionAtYourPlace on their Instagram posts for the chance to win some great prizes. Judged by Brisbane Racing Club ambassador Rachel Thaiday, she's noted that she'll be looking out for “sophistication, class and old-school race glamour”. The theme for Stradbroke Day is black and white with a touch of red.

Race day fans watching from home are encouraged to upload footage of themselves on social media using the hashtags #RaceAtYourPlace and #bneraces while also tagging @brisbaneracingclub.
