TAB Stradbroke Day

The biggest day in Queensland racing, TAB Stradbroke Day descends on heritage-listed Eagle Farm Racecourse on Jun 8 for a celebration of the biggest winter racing season yet.

For the much-anticipated return to Eagle Farm Racecourse there'll be some fabulous firsts for race-goers as well as some favourites from the past.

Highlights of the day, both old and new include:

Strawberry Fields – Featuring at both Doomben and Eagle Farm Racecourses is this insta-worthy absolute first for the Brisbane Racing Club. The new precinct will be a must-see for all punters with a Gordon’s Premium Pink Bar serving up bespoke gin cocktails while the unique space will be filled with all things pink and red, paying homage to Queensland's strawberry farms.

Trackside Marina on Eagle Farm days -  Bask in the sunlight and be transported to the playground of the rich and famous for a day at the races at this exclusive French Riviera-inspired enclosure. There'll be fresh seafood and premium canapes all day, free-flowing French Champagne and premium beverages, live entertainment and the most indulgent atmosphere on-course. You’ll have direct access to the track fence and the TAB tote facilities within the precinct, not to mention BRC's very own multi-million dollar private Riviera Yacht, docked right in the middle of this luxe zone featuring a DJ deck for dancing.

The Restaurant precinct is back bigger and better at Eagle Farm Racecourse with racegoers getting the opportunity to sample some gourmet street-style bites from Brisbane’s best restaurants which will be popping up in the leafy surrounds of the Stradbroke Plaza.

The KIRIN Birdcage will welcome local and interstate celebrities including Channel Seven Sunrise’s David Koch, who'll be flying up for the day to watch the TAB Stradbroke action from the best spot on the track with catering by none other than Black Hide, by Gambaro.

The Westfield Chermside Fashions on the Field reaches a climax on TAB Stradbroke Day with Chermside vouchers, accommodation vouchers, beauty products and more.

Meanwhile three Group 1 races, three Group 2 races and three Listed races will be contested on the track on one of the biggest days on the Queensland racing calendar, when the total prize pool on the track reaches an astounding $4MIL.

Nice to know - The biggest and last day of Carnival, TAB Stradbroke Day will welcome an epic crowd of 17.5K to Eagle Farm Racecourse.
