Winter High Cheese

Need an excuse to indulge in some delectable cheese, well here it is! From July 1 to August 31 Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast is hosting a Winter High Cheese, featuring an irresistible ensemble of Nimbin Valley Dairy cheese creations. 

From 2-6pm daily, cheese lovers can indulge in a range of gooey, decadent, creamy and delicious tiered delights in the stunning surrounds of Pearls Bar. 

Sample four types of locally-sourced Nimbin Valley Diary cheese including a Tintenbar Triple Cream Brie, Monte Nardi, the award-winning Nashua Washed Rind and Blue Cow, alongside a sumptuous selection of fruit, pickles, meats, crackers and freshly-baked breads. 

The feasting festivities will finish off with a selection of sweets, including tiramisu, citrus-infused blueberry compote cheesecake and caramalised baked cheese tart.
