Yuzu & Co is a contemporary Japanese restaurant in Milton serving classic Japanese fare along with more creative cuisine.

Perched on Park Road, the ambient space features a stunning stone wall, bold wallpaper and striking timber ceiling, with furnishings in muted tones of blue and brown.

Open daily for lunch and dinner, daytime visitors can choose from sushi rolls and poke bowls, bento boxes and burgers (wagyu beef, chicken karaage, soft shell crab and panko crumbed organic tofu).

In the evening, diners can start with edamame, miso glazed eggplant, popcorn shrimp and delicious dumplings filled with wagyu, pork, prawn or tofu.

Mains include duck and barramundi teriyaki, miso salmon and curry snapper; while standout dishes are Chef’s Signature sashimi tacos (crispy nori tacos stuffed with salmon, tuna, kingfish and snapper) and salmon ikura (thinly sliced salmon with salmon roe, sesame, chive and yuzu ponzu).

In addition, items listed on the lunch menu are also on the dinner menu such as sushi rolls, poke bowls and burgers.

Yuzu is fully-licensed offering Japanese sake, beer, wine and cocktails like their signature Yuzu Sour.
