Mews Tiny Door

Howard Smith Wharves

Hiding in plain sight inside Mews is this delightful tiny door, another in the growing collection of intricate works by Mace Robertson – a talented guerilla artist who is the genius behind many of Brisbane’s small doors.

Located on the ground floor of popular, riverside Brisbane hotel Crystalbrook Vincent, Mews offers visitors the chance to relax and enjoy great food and drinks, all while surrounded by an amazing street art gallery adorning the walls.

Mounted on one of the industrial, exposed concrete pillars that give the space an added edgy vibe, the Windsor tiny door features a fanlight above – all sitting below the curved lintel (arch), along with miniature brass detailing.

And whilst you can’t actually open it to see what’s behind this green door, it certainly is great to ponder who might reside there. By the colour, Shakin’ Stevens or at the very least, a leprechaun would be cool!

Need to know – You will only be able to view this tiny door when the restaurant is actually open. Check here for the trading hours of Mews when planning your visit. Remember to tag #MustDoBrisbane on your socials when you spot it.
