Ivory Tusk bar brings a Mexi-Cali vibe to the Valley with a two-storey tropical paradise featuring three bar areas providing delectable cocktails, craft beer, top-shelf tequila and Mexican eats.

Formerly known as Woolly Mammoth, the man-cave space downstairs has been transformed into a pretty pastel party hub boasting one of Brisbane's coolest DJ booths, while upstairs patrons can unwind in the light and airy Garden Terrace with a game of giant Jenga.

Libations include 8 signature cocktails on offer such as Sweet Peaches (Tanqueray gin, black tea, citrus and peach liqueur), Miss Rose (Ketel One vodka, rosé wine and lychee liqueur) and Blueberry Boss (Don Julio tequila, crème de myrtille, cointreau and lime), served along with craft beer on tap, bottled and tinned, and a concise wine list available by the glass or bottle. Or get the party started with a cocktail tasting paddle or tequila flight featuring four tastes of top-shelf tequila.

Food wise, the Mexican-inspired menu includes tasty eats like Baja fish tacos, slow-cooked beef and smoked cheese quesadillas, house made chorizo sliders, and Mexican street corn with coriander butter and lime.

Nice to know - Fans of live music will be pleased to know that the Woolly Mammoth Main Stage is still open for business.
