Located on the corner of Suez and Parkview Streets, the former corner store that served the local community for over two decades, has been transformed into a modern, Southern California-inspired cafe with seating provided indoors in a cosy dining space (which can also be booked for private events) as well as undercover, alfresco (dog-friendly) dining.

Owned by Brisbane brothers and hospitality veterans, Tze-Huei and Chewie Choo, the brunch menu boasts breakfast classics with a contemporary twist like Ricotta Hotcakes with fresh banana, hazlenut praline and miso caramel, Truffle Scrambled Eggs, and M&A's Jamon Croffle - a golden croissant waffle served with perfectly poached eggs, 18 month jamon serrano, wattle seed hollandaise and bacon crumbs.

Otherwise, there are savoury dishes such as Salmon Pastrami (house-cured salmon on challah with slow egg, pickled radish, mascarpone and yuzu kosho) and Croque Madame (smoked ham, sourdough, fried egg, mustard leek cream, Manchego and Egmont cheese), and the sweetly delicious Rice Pudding made with coconut milk, roasted pineapple, raw honey and crushed macadamia.
