Pancha Cafe
Hamilton
Pancha Cafe is a delightful, family owned and operated cafe in Hamilton serving delicious fare for breakfast and lunch.
The rustic industrial decor features exposed bricks and concrete with an olive green feature wall and plenty of plants, with seating inside and outside undercover in a little laneway.
The menu boasts wholesome fare made with fresh veggies grown on the family's farm in the Southern Downs, along with farm fresh produce sourced from local farmers in the Darling Downs and Granite Belt regions.
All day brunch includes cheesy baked omelette with choice of fillings; chilli egg & chorizo croissant, fluffy flaxseed pancakes topped with mixed berry compote, seasonal fruit, choc & banana soil and Canadian maple syrup; and baked beans in rich tomato sauce with poached egg and goats cheese, served with sourdough.
And for lunch there's truffle miso pasta; rigatoni carbonara; grilled chicken, Thai beef or roast pumpkin & quinoa salad; or pan roasted chicken with roast pumpkin, spinash, house-made hash brown & Beurre Blanc cream.
Otherwise, there's burgers and sangas (choose between brioche bun or Turkish bread) with fillings including veggie stack (grilled eggplant, zucchini, pumpkin, tomato and pesto aioli), crispy crumbed chicken with vege slaw, cheese and sriracha mayo; or laded steak (rib fillet, caramelized onion, fried egg, bacon, tomato, cheese, lettuce and aioli).
Drinks-wise, there's an impressive menu of hot or cold coffee, as well as lattes (matcha, chai, dirty chai or turmeric), mocha, teas, hot or iced chocolate; milkshakes, juices and smoothies; and house-made sodas (including Japanese plum, mulberry or sakura).
Pancha is licensed, with a choice of white or red wine, prosecco and mimosa and four cocktails (including plum blossom or sakura mojito).
