Yarrabilba Coffee Hub
Yarrabilba
Yarrabilba Coffee Hub is a laidback suburban eatery, perfect for those coffee catchups, big family breakfasts, or even a Friday night feast.
Conveniently located in the IGA shopping complex, this open plan-style cafe has a small number of tables inside, with the majority situated beneath the covered outdoor-style area. It’s the perfect setting for those who love dining alfresco, but also enjoy the comfort of overhead ceiling fans on those hot Brisbane days.
In keeping with the setting, the food here is wholesome, hearty and largely homemade, with breakfast selections including the likes of a brekky burrito, vegie stack, or smashed avo. For lunch there’s a range of burgers, wraps, and salads, while for dinner you’ll find a mixed grill, butter chicken curry plus nachos.
There’s also a range of ready-made sweet treats sitting pretty in the glass cabinet, which go down nicely with a fresh-brewed Merlo coffee. Other drink options include tea, milkshakes, smoothies (including an Acai variety), plus alcoholic beverages such as beer, wine and spirits.
If you happen to be around on Friday nights, it’s well worth checking out the popular chicken parmi special. For $12.50 you will get a delicious chicken parmigiana served with garden salad and chips. An extra $3 will get an ice-cold beer to wash it all down with. If the locals are to be believed, this meal is worth raving about.
Nice to know – Dogs are very welcome here.
Need to know – Yarrabilba Coffee Hub is open seven days for breakfast and lunch, plus Friday nights for dinner. Plenty of off-street parking is available in the adjoining carpark.
