Giardinetto Restaurant

Fortitude Valley

Updated: Mar 02, 2024

Long before most Valley patrons were born and back when Dean Martin topped the charts, Giardinetto started doing exactly what it does today – serving up hearty Italian meals within its fairy lit vine covered courtyard and tiled 1960’s shop front.

Now as a Valley dining institution it continues to attract a crowd in search of home-cooked style spaghetti marinara, scalloppine al funghi, fettuccine carbonara, pizza and calzone just the way it’s always been.

With most pastas pizzas and risottos coming in at under twenty dollars it’s still good value for the Valley. And diners not looking for the full dinner can share Piccoli Sapori – small plates laden with the likes of octopus, meatballs, olives and arancini.
