The breakfast and lunch menu at Spokes Cafe has a focus on healthy ingredients with protein balls, green smoothies, fruit salads and fresh juices featuring on the list. They also serve Elixir coffee as well as milkshakes, wraps, lasagne, quiche, home made cakes, biscuits and very popular toasties.
