Old Bill’s

Wellington Point

Updated: Aug 16, 2024

Old Bill’s is a premium spirit bar pouring over 100 whiskeys and bespoke gin cocktails, located at the back of Hogan’s Bistro in Wellington Point.

Tucked away at the back of Hogan’s Pub, you’ll find the secret, hip bar stocked high with premium spirits. To accentuate it’s prime location, there is a wall of windows with bar seating that provides a picturesque view of the seaside.

Low bar tables and couch seating are also scattered around the venue, ideal for gatherings with friends or a relaxed afternoon beverage with the other half.

The whiskey menu extends over a few pages, featuring international and local whiskeys for visitors to try. Old Bill’s has a signature cocktail menu, a classic cocktail menu and a specialty gin cocktail menu. Each laden with delicious concoctions created behind the Old Bill’s bar.

The Crouching Tiger can certainly be recommended, shaken with Blind Tiger gin, house passionfruit, turmeric syrup, mango nectar and lime. Old Bill’s also serves a selection of bar food such as charcuterie, ribs and oysters.

Need to know – Centre parking is available out the back.

Nice to know – There is live music every Sunday afternoon.
