Mac From Way Back, Brisbane's first dedicated mac 'n' cheese eatery, is dishing up cheesy, gooey, gourmet macaroni and cheese along with juicy burgers and loaded fries from its first bricks and mortar store in Beenleigh.

One of the most popular food trucks in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Mac From Way Back has set up shop half way between the two locales,  serving their famous baked mac and cheese in 3 tantalizing flavours including the original 5 cheese mac, bacon mac (with bacon, onion rings and barbecue sauce) and pizza mac (with bacon, salami and pizza sauce).

In addition, there's a selection of drool-worthy burgers: Beef Classic (house made beef patty topped with bacon, salad and house made sauce), Mac Daddy (braised beef brisket, bacon, onion rings, mac and cheese, and barbecue sauce), Buttermilk Fried Chicken (with bacon and slaw) and Vego But Good burger (​​​​​​crumbed mushroom, fried haloumi, beetroot relish, lettuce and mayo).

Add a side of seasoned fries on indulge in a bowl of Feral Fries topped with mac and cheese, bacon, chilli mayo and barbecue sauce, or Brisket Fries topped with braised beef brisket, pickles, cheese sauce and sour cream.
