Coorparoo

Baked by M&G is an artisan bakehouse and cafe found on bustling Old Cleveland Road in Coorparoo.

Inside the light-filled bakery cafe, guests are greeted with a chic and modern, minimalist space furnished with a few tables and chairs, as well as seating at the window overlooking the leafy side street.

The cabinets are well stocked with a range of decadent treats, from decorated cupcakes and loaded brownies to an array of Greek desserts - think  baklava, kourabiedes (almond shortbread), melomakarona (honey syrup biscuits) and galatoboureko (Greek custard pastry).

Plus, there's fruit danishes, chunky cookies, croissants and an assortment of melt-in-your-mouth macarons in flavours like cookies n' cream, salted caramel, passionfruit macadamia, raspberry, pistachio, biscoff, chocolate, lemon meringue and more.

For savoury lovers, there's spanakopita and tasty tarts such as spinach & feta or tomato & basil pesto.

Coffee on pour is provided by Melbourne specialty coffee roastery Rosso, and goes down a treat with sweet and savoury snacks on offer.
