Daily Planet Café

Fortitude Valley

DAILY PLANET HAS CLOSED IN 2020.

Daily Planet Café is bringing pop-culture vibes and serving up delicious coffee to passersby in the Fortitude Valley.

The café is decked out with pop culture posters and artworks and old editions of Scenestr (the media outlet that owns Daily Planet Café). There’s plenty of small tables for dining in – it provides the perfect sanctuary away from the hustle and the bustle of the Valley outdoors.

The café uses Fonzie Abbott coffee and has a counter top bursting with sweet treats to takeaway.

The breakfast and lunch menu are in the works, with plans to serve up homemade quiches, baguettes and delicious, jam-packed sandwiches.

Need to know – Public transport hubs are nearby.

Nice to know – Daily Planet Café is looking to open in the evenings, for those who love to indulge in an evening coffee.

*Opening hours correct at time of visiting in March 2018.
