Quincy's Bar & Cafe

Grange

Updated: Feb 23, 2024

Quincy's Bar and Café is a chic basement Grange hideout where locals go to relax, sip on a wine and dig into some quality tucker.

The modern, edgy architecturally designed venue features a coffee kiosk, on site kitchen and a well-stocked bar. Constructed from concrete, steel and finished timber, the bespoke eatery has a stylish interior, with seating for diners at the bar, in booths and small low and high tables. Greenery and vibrant cushions act add a splash of colour to the otherwise industrial space.

The bite-size menu is inclusive of cheese platters, charcuterie boards and other popular bar snacks. The Quincy's Taster is one to try; featuring two unique cheeses, olives and a Barossa Criso bread. By unique we mean boozy - dig into their cheddar cheese soaked in Prosecco!

Or, try out their cheese platter of the day, featuring a range of incredible artisan cheeses, pickles, quince, Tasmanian honey, pickled mushrooms and cured meats.

If you're up for more than a bite to eat, order one of their gourmet pizzas - with six bespoke flavours to choose from. Coffee is a drawcard for morning diners, as Quincy's serves a freshly brewed Moccopan grind.

The bar stocks an array of boutique and popular craft beers, quality wines and a range of top shelf spirits, including an impressive gin collection, with a bounty to choose from. Gin can be served with only the finest tonic at Quincy's too - Fever-tree. Stocked boutique gins include local distillery creations such as Humpybong Gin in Stafford.
