If You Say So is a cool coffee nook in St Lucia from the dynamic duo behind Paddington's bolt hole Blackout and  Black Lab Coffee roasters.

Perched on the corner of Gailey Road and Prospect Terrace, opposite Jack Cook Memorial Park, the espresso bar is housed in a heritage-listed cottage with a modern fit-out including a large terrazzo counter with timber trim.

Coffee on pour includes a house blend and single origins by Black Lab, of course, as well as filter and cold-drip brews, served along with organic, herbal teas from Little Wilding Co and small batch chai made in Byron Bay by Chai La Lai

Food wise, there's a small selection of food on offer like bacon and egg rolls, banana bread and flaky pastries.

There's a handful of tables inside the pocket-sized space with additional seating provided on the footpath where four-legged friends are welcome, or take a stroll across the road to the park where you can spread out and enjoy a picnic.
