The Twin

West End

The Twin is a funky cafe with garden courtyard in the heart of West End, slinging delicious deli-style sandwiches made on fresh, house-baked bread.

The Twin, West End

Perched on the corner of Vulture Street and Hardgrave Road, where Sol Breads Bakery used to be, the cafe has a retro vibe, with white and lime green tiled counter, eclectic furniture, vintage prints and retro crockery.

The Twin, West End

The concise menu features about half a dozen sandwiches such as Sicilian caponata with fresh basil and greens, or mushroom pate with pickles and greens on house-made foccacia, and roast pumpkin, spicy muhammara, salad and harissa aioli on Jerusalem rolls.

Customers can grab and go, or dine-in with a handful of tables provided inside, plus more in the dog-friendly, garden courtyard.

Coffee on pour is by Murwillumbah-based boutique coffee outfit The Branches - exclusive to The Twin in Queensland. Otherwise, there are loose-leaf teas by Brisbane's Tour de Tea, HRVST St cold pressed juices, Bobby pre-biotic soft drinks and Good Happy kombucha.
