Piggy Back Cafe

Jindalee

Updated: Apr 23, 2025

Piggy Back Cafe, located in a suburban shopping strip in Jindalee, is a welcome addition to the south west's cafe scene.

Piggy Back's deep blue walls provide a dramatic backdrop to white and rustic styled furniture, creating a fresh and welcoming setting for customers to enjoy. Bucketloads of light flow into the casual dining space via an impressive arched window which cleverly brings the outdoors in and opens up the cafe's interior.

Delectable baked goods and a range of "must try" menu items (all made onsite from the freshest ingredients) are on offer here.

Piggy Back's all day breakfast menu has everyone covered, from the breakfast grazer to those needing a substantial start to the day. Tuck into delicious dishes such as Popcorn Chicken Waffles, Eggs in the Hole (eggs in a brioche slice, served with mushrooms, kale and garlic cream cheese), Breakfast Croissant (bacon or haloumi and fried egg on a toasted croissant).

Or treat yourself to a decadent breakfast such as citrus and berry French toast, fresh house-made banana bread stack with bacon and caramel sauce or pancake stack with bananas, berries , vanilla marscapone and fairy floss.

For lunch hearty options include Beer Battered Fish, Salt & Pepper Calamari and a selection of burgers - classic beef, haloumi 'steak', or 'Piggy Tower'.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free menu options are available and indicated accordingly on the menu. Thirsts can be quenched with teas, Fonzie Abbott coffee, smoothies, milkshakes, iced lattes, iced mochas and iced chocolates.

Kids’ meals such as Piglet Pancakes or Popcorn Chicken are included on the menu and high chairs are available for little ones. Four legged friends are welcome outside, with a dog's water bowl provided.

Need to know - Street parking is plentiful and there is a small car park behind the cafe.
