Open daily, the rustic barn-like cafe with covered seating serves up breakfast dishes including pancakes, country style burgers, home-made cakes and pastries, Wolff coffee and cold drinks.

Adjacent is a fantastic kids' play space with a selection of toys, cubby house and a sandpit, as well as baby chickens and lambs and goats to feed. Kids can also BYO bikes and take a ride around the property.

Not just a cafe and play space, City Chicks is first and foremost a pet chicken farm - the go-to for those who wish to purchase backyard chickens, heritage chickens, bantam chickens & egg layers, who have been raised free range and in small flocks, along with chicken accessories and supplies.

City Chicks also offer a small range of native stingless bees, hives and accessories. During school holidays there are extra activities including drawing tables and a jumping castle.
