Ruby The Little Red

Ice-cream Van

Updated: Sep 15, 2024

Ruby the Little Red Ice Cream Van is a sweet addition to Brisbane’s food truck scene, dishing up delicious sundaes and soft-serve ice cream cones from a beautiful, bright red vintage van.

Sam and Rosanna, owners of Ruby, roam all over Brisbane serving sweet retro goodness including old-fashioned favourites like soft-serve waffle cones, choc tops and chocolate fudge sundaes sprinkled with nuts.

Ruby also boasts an impressive selection of ice creams to satiate serious sweet tooths, such as Saturday Morning Cartoon (ice-cream rolled in Fruity Pebbles cereal), Emerald City (smashed peppermint crisp, mint slice, mint Aero and mint thins), Psychedelic Bunny (choc top with nuts, sprinkles and two chocolate flakes), Lamington (choc top injected with raspberry jam and sprinkled with coconut) and Ruby’s Rocky Road sundae with marshmallows, coconut, jellies and chocolate topping.
