The feasting festivities start with a selection of savoury snacks such as smoked turkey finger sandwich with seeded mustard mayo and raspberry gel, Pastrami on rye with horseradish and caper emulsion and chive, smoked salmon on brioche with sustainable caviar, fig tartlet with caramelised red onion and brie, and a truffle egg pinwheel.

Followed by a variety of sweet treats such as freshly made white chocolate and earl grey scones with jam and cream, white chocolate sponge with strawberries, creamy ivoire mousse and elderflower, pistachio tartelette with praline crunch and whipped pistachio cream, Choux au craquelin with malted chocolate milk and salted caramel, and a passionfruit butter cake with a mango and blood orange twist.
