Housed in the heritage listed 88 Limestone Street precinct, 4 Hearts Brewing is Ipswich’s first craft brewery in over 100 years.

Alongside fresh, tasty beer, 4 Hearts is also home to the much-loved Pumpyard Bar and the award-winning Dovetails Restaurant.

4 Hearts Brewing believes in brewing beer with full flavour, no chemicals, nothing artificial and no preservatives. Core range beer such as Sunshine Lager, XPA 88, and Kickback Red IPA are complimented with seasonal limited releases like the brewery's sell out Raspberry Doughnut Sour.

Pumpyard Bar is the ideal setting to sit and enjoy a handcrafted beer along with some inspired comfort food. Head Chef Shawn's American/Brooklyn, New York heritage shines through on the mouth-watering menu with classics like 16-hour low and slow cooked brisket or traditional buffalo wings. Paired with live entertainment and a beautiful outdoor laneway, it is an oasis in the heart of Ipswich.

Dovetails Restaurant is in a class of its own, recently being awarded the Best Contemporary Australian Restaurant - Informal in the Restaurant & Catering Associations Awards for Excellence 2021. Head Chef Shannon has curated a classic, refined Modern Australian menu with a native spin, featuring delicioius dishes such as his signature crocodile lasagna.
