Designed by Sydney-based design studio ACME, Bar Miette’s interior colourways, materials and textures take the cue from Brisbane’s distinctive sandstone tuff, which feature in the nearby Kangaroo Point and Howard Smith Wharves cliffs and which are visible from Bar Miette.

The carefully crafted menu, featuring the best local produce, offers a selection of salads, charcuterie and seafood along with more substantial options. For breakfast there's the likes of tahini and cinnamon toasted granola, croque monsieur and a crispy bacon bap with Gentleman’s relish.

From lunch through to dinner, diners can select from a menu which is designed for a quick meeting or lingering longer - think oysters, whipped cod roe, sobrasada and chestnut honey on toast, and marinated octopus with potato and aioli.
