Little Red Dumpling Bar
Sunnybank Hills
Bringing Sichuan cuisine to Sunnybank Hills is Little Red Dumpling Bar, dishing up authentic, handmade dumplings and delicious Chinese home-style cooking.
Positioned in Pinelands Plaza, this diminutive dumpling bar is a stand out amongst a host of Asian eateries; with a funky fit-out including a cool, wall mural and chunky timber tables and stools.

Open daily for lunch and dinner, entrees range from spring rolls and deep fried wonton to wasabi prawns – lightly battered prawns covered in a creamy wasabi infused mayonnaise.

Dumplings are made the traditional way using the freshest ingredients available. Fillings include pork and chives, chicken and prawn, beef and celery, and lamb and coriander. Dumplings can be steamed or pan-fried.

Besides dumplings, there are rice dishes and noodles like the highly-recommended red-braised beef noodle soup, the ultimate Chinese comfort food.

Wash down your dumplings with a cold beer (Tsing Tao, Taiwan beer, XXXX Gold, Peroni or Corona) or refreshing iced drink like lychee soda, citron honey or young coconut.

Chinese tea, mocktails and cocktails round out the drinks menu.
