Miss Chilli Hotpot is a traditional Chinese hotpot restaurant on Milton's Park Road, the only one of its kind on the north side of the Brisbane river.

Look for the red curved building with the Chinese signage and inside is a spacious dining room featuring modern Chinese lanterns and orange leather booths, divided into sections with different sized tables to accommodate groups.

The menu at Miss Chilli Hot Pot is the real deal and not compromised for western palates so best suited to adventurous diners,

On offer is basically a spicy chongqing-style hotpot that is not for the faint-hearted or those who don't like it hot.

Choose from fiery soup bases such as Two Flavours Yuan Yang broth, Spicy Beef Tallow or Three Flavour Hotpot, Spicy & Sour, something a bit milder, mushroom or tomato.

The choice of proteins to cook in the broth include tripe, chicken gizzard, crispy bean curd, beef omasum, M3 snowflake Wagyu beef and beef slices, with accompaniments like dried noodles, spinach, mushroom and Chinese broccoli.

Good to know - There's also a small selection of desserts available.

Need to know - There is free parking available via the driveway to the left and in nearby streets. Miss Chilli Hot Pot is approx 200m from Milton train station and 350m from the Rivercat terminal.
