Night Market is a stunning neon lit Pan Asian bar restaurant serving delicious street eats and insta-worthy cocktails, hidden behind a rustic wooden door in Fortitude Valley.
Beyond the cherry blossom-festooned entrance, there's a lineup of plush red leather booths along one wall and high tables with bar seating along the other.
Tables are lit with golden lamps and walls are adorned with a mix of striking Asian-style graffit street art and moving pictures depicting bustling Asian street scenes.
At the rea of the dining lounge is a bar with dining nook uncer a cluster of colourful lanterns and from there a door leads to the night club at the back.
On the menu, which is designed to share, are delicious raw dishes such as petite tuna tostada (rice cake, green chilli & cirus mayo); oyster with mandarin kosho & whiskey vinegar; and watermelon sashimi (tamari, radish & nori).
The tempting selection of snacks includes miso popcorn chicken & togarashi; king oyster mushroom skewer & miso garlic butter; steamed gyoza with chilli oil & chives; wagyu & wasabi butter skewer with soy glaze; and white fish sando with tarragon tartare sauce & fermented shallots.
