Lamberts Restaurant at The Point Brisbane Hotel has launched a bold new seasonal menu—just in time to celebrate being named Brisbane’s #1 restaurant on Tripadvisor for the third consecutive year.

Crafted by Head Chef Marcus Turner, the refreshed menu champions locally sourced produce and modern Australian flair, with a focus on share-style dining. Highlights include Kingfish crudo with puffed rice, cucumber, ruby grapefruit, and ice plant; and the White Pyrénées lamb shoulder Provençal-style, served with cannellini beans and olives—dishes made to be savoured and shared.
