Start your day off the right way with a bountiful buffet breakfast that features a chilled station, egg station including Il Barocco's signature omelette, a cereal station, baked goods station and hot station. Wash it all down with free-flowing coffee, juice or tea.

Come lunch time you can dine a la carte on a mouth-watering menu filled with the likes of freshly shucked oysters, Byron Bay burrata, kingfish crudo and XO prawns to start, alongside a range of larger plates including king prawn and Moreton Bay bug linguini with fermented chilli and sourdough, tea-infused duck breast with roasted beetroot puree, rainbow carrot and creme de cassis jus, or Portoro Beef rump cap with hinterland mushrooms and watercress.

Il Barocco's famous dinner buffet showcases a huge selection of fresh seafood, from crabs and bugs to scallops and sashimi, which guests can pair with a sumptuous selection of salads and sides. There's also a daily roast selection, chicken cacciatore, baked barramundi and a live cooking station that's spinning homemade pasta out of a parmesan wheel.
