The Whisk Fine Patisserie

The Whisk Fine Patisserie is a petite Parisienne-style bakery in Upper Mt Gravatt, serving pastries, macarons and chocolates handcrafted by an award-winning, internationally-trained chef.

Found on the ground floor of an apartment complex, in a side street of the southside suburb, customers can enjoy a cup of Cleanskin coffee and creative treat inside the tiny café, on the shaded footpath or take-away (with sweets carefully placed inside a beautiful, little box).

Tarts range from blueberry and strawberry to passionfruit almond with a miniature meringue placed on top. Macarons come in fanciful flavours like green tea sesame, sour strawberry, passion-mango, peanut butter, café latte and cacao; while exquisite, boutique chocolates are available in vanilla berries and citric caramel with more flavours on their way.
