Longtime Hamilton seafood market Samies is one of the north side’s better vendors of quality and fresh seafood.
Inside can be found a predominantly Australian catch of mussels, scallops, prawns, Tasmanian salmon and fish varieties along with Queensland mud and sand crabs, with stock renewed constantly thanks to the relatively quick turnover.
Prices, while not cheap, are reasonable and good value for the quality.
